~ Questbest Testimonials ~

"What can I say? Words cannot express the beauty and intelligence in the German Shepherds produced at Questbest. We've been friends with Linda and Ennio and their family for over 20 years. I got my first German Shepherd dog from them named "Faith". She was a beautiful black and red, faithful companion out of their male "Conan". Our second shepherd "Hagler" came along in 1994. He was the one and only puppy in the litter and we named him Questbest's Limited Edition. "Hagler" was out of their Best In Show female "Gypsy" and he had a lot of his mother's beauty and elegance. He was a very large, loyal, black and red boy. It was our honor to have him in our lives until 2003. Our male BIS CH. Questbest Pakashkan Buccaneer came along in 2004 and is our third and current German Shepherd from Questbest. He is the epitome of the German Shepherd breed. He is a gorgeous large sable with outstanding conformation and disposition. Bethany Silvestri, Ennio and Linda's daughter is our handler on "Buck" and has trained him from age 6 mos. Bethany got Buck's first championship points on him at age 9 mos. and they never looked back! She brought him to his Canadian Championship winning a Group 2nd from the Herding Group. Then the highest honor that Bethany and Buck could attain happened at the September 2010 dog show when they won Best In Show! Bethany and Buck's relationship is beyond any other team. Buck knows that it's show time as soon as they "step foot and paw" into the ring. He makes us a proud as Bethany has him looking regal and stoic as she presents him to the judge. Ennio, Linda and their family have been there for us through the triumphant times as well as the disheartening moments. Brian and I are proud and honored to have their German Shepherds in our lives and have cherished their friendship since we met as we searched for a quality puppy to bring home."

"I always had a dream, it was to one day own a German Shepherd! I had for 10 months did all the research I could find, and I knew this breed was for me and my family! Once I knew I wanted to add this wonderful breed to our family, it was time to find a breeder. I found Questbest, I met with Linda and Ennio and fell in love with my "boy". His name is Ditka (Reason & Lola are his parents), I saw him when he was just days old and I knew he was mine. Ditka is now 10 months old, he is unbelievable with my two young girls (our pack protector), he is very easy to train and of course willing to serve our family at any moment! I enjoy taking him to camp, fishing with him, walking with him, and playing with him. I love him very much, he is my buddy for life. I get so many compliments about him from his calm demeanor, to his beautiful gate, his colour, and his temperament. He's been a joy to have in our family! He has had his puppy moments, i.e. (my Chicago Bears barbecue cover and Chicago Bears outside door mat chewing puppy) but he has persevered and over come those puppy traits.

A quick story about my Ditka; I was walking on a path along a river when we came across a deer, I noticed him at first, stopped and when Ditka noticed him, he took control. They had a staring competition, and when the deer turned his head (the deer was about 10 yards from us) from his heel position, he jumped in front of my legs to protect me and then growled and barked, which made that deer take off running! It was a early but proud moment I had with him, because he was my protector and that deer didn't have a chance! Linda and family have been wonderful with answering all my questions and concerns, and she was extremely helpful through my early days and weeks of owning him. I would highly recommend, if your thinking and your ready to become a owner of this wonderful breed, please talk to Questbest. Linda and Ennio are the best, and you won't regret it."

"We had wanted a pure bred german shepherd for a while but we didn't know where to look. We went on kijijii and found QuestBest and spoke to Linda and Ennio, who were both very friendly and helpful on the phone. They were extremely supportive and answered all our questions, making us confident that QuestBest was the right choice for us. Oscar is now 19 months old, full of energy and an absolute joy to have as a part of our growing family. He was, and still is, very easy to train and most importantly protects his "pack" wherever we are. Oscar's calm disposition and natural love of children has resulted in almost everyone stopping to compliment him wherever we are. He is now 94 pounds and is the epitome of what a pure bred G.S. should be. We are very proud to brag about QuestBest to whom ever we talk to and will continue to do so for a long time to come."

"It was the year 2007 when we were looking for another dog to add to our family. I then found QuestBest and I thought Linda's shepherds were the most beautiful German Shepherd dogs I'd ever seen. I was looking to put a deposit on a puppy for the next breeding when Linda mentioned Solo. When I saw his photo I was immediatly drawn to him I knew he was the dog for me. When I first met Solo it was love at first site seeing him on the picture was one thing but in person he was so gentle and huge, such beauty. I just loved him. The first night he immediatly fit in and jumped right on the bed with me and my boyfriend and he's slept there ever since. My other Shepherd Neechee was also happy to have a playmate. Solo was always there to greet us when we'd come home, he loved his walks on the ice exploring the wilderness, he also picked up the silly talent of sliding down our yard hill all on his own he was such a clown a enjoyment to watch. He protected and he was also there when I needed cheering up. He watched over all kids even if they didn't live here, he truly is one of a kind. I would like to thank Linda and her family for giving me the chance to own one of her beautiful Shepherds. Truly the best there ever was."

"Our dog "Cidra" whose registered show name is Questbest's Eye Candy became a big part of our life from the moment she stepped out of her crate at the airport in New Brunswick. We couldn't ask for a more lovable puppy who likes nothing else but to give kisses and curl up next to you. She also keeps us in stitches with her antics. Her conformation is quality and the judges are expressing this as she begins her show career. We are so happy to have been given the opportunity to have Cidra join our family. Thank you so much Linda and Ennio!"
